Worker’s Compensation Services

Shore Orthopaedic University Associates (SOUA) provides high quality care for injured workers and has dedicated staff to assist with the necessary communication.

We have a dedicated Worker’s Compensation Coordinator that oversees the communication regarding treatment of injured workers who are referred to SOUA and serves as a liaison between physicians and the insurance companies, case managers, employers, and patients.

The ultimate goal of the SOUA Worker’s Compensation team is to ensure that patients get the medical care they need to return to work in a safe and expedient manner.

In addition to providing acute care for all work-related orthopedic injuries SOUA also conducts Independent Medical Evaluations and Second Opinions for those employees that need additional care.
