Disability

At Shore Orthopaedic University Associates we understand the difficulties of being able to work and provide for yourself and your family during times of injury.  As a result, we provide services to assist in completing disability paperwork. We have dedicated Disability Coordinators to complete your paperwork so that you may file it accurately and timely.

Unfortunately, this service is in large demand for a majority of our patients based on the type of complex injuries we often treat.  Therefore, all forms require a minimum 5-7 business days for completion.  We ask that you be patient with the process.  The best way to expedite completion is to bring your forms to your office visit or to our main office in Somers Point. 

In addition, please obtain a copy of our disability information form at our office visit or via this website for completion.
