Medical Records

Every patient seen at Shore Orthopaedic University Associates will compile a detailed medical record of the treatment they receive.  All medical records are managed by a dedicated staff that works full time to ensure all charts are available at all office locations for physicians and staff.  In early 2010, we will be introducing an electronic medical records system for maximum efficiency.
