All Workers’ Comp Patients must call 609-927-1991 extension 118 regarding
medication requests.

Please note we require 24 hour notice for all medication refills. Be sure to include the following information when you contact us:

• Patient Name
• Date of Birth
  
• Patient Telephone Number
• Physician’s Name Ordering Medication
  
• Name and Dosage of the Medication
  
• Any Drug Allergies
  
• Name and Phone Number of the Pharmacy
• Medications will not be refilled from 5:00pm to 8:00am Monday through Friday.
  

Medications called in after 5:00pm on Friday will not be filled until the following Monday.

Once your medication request is processed, please contact your pharmacy for pick-up instructions.
